Why this exists
Built inside a BFT studio, not a boardroom.
StudioPilot was built by Automate AI Limited, a New Zealand automation company, for one studio: BFT Upper Hutt. The problems will sound familiar - enquiries sitting unanswered while everyone was coaching, members quietly disappearing until the cancellation email arrived, and evenings lost to holds, late-cancel chasing and report spreadsheets.
